Once you touch down in Barcelona airport we will pick you up in one of our company vans and take you to your villa where you will be welcomed by the hosts who will be looking after you throughout your stay. The hosts will make you breakfast each morning, a packed lunch to take with you each day and an evening meal at night.

After breakfast you will be picked up by your guide and they will take you on whichever adventure you have chosen for that day. They will instruct you when needed, keep you safe and guide you through parts of Catalonia not many tourists ever get to see.

Rewards for your hard work
At the end of the day you will return to the villa where you can relax and eat dinner together in a cosy atmosphere. Each evening one of our trainers will come to the villa to give you a fun session in their field of expertise. These sessions include yoga, pilates, kalari martial arts, hoopla and soma breathing.

Rock Climbing
Rock Climbing in Catalunya is famous for it’s outstanding quality of rock, beautiful venues and fantastic routes for all levels of climber. It’s no wonder the best climbers in the world come here time after time for their holidays and some have even made it their home! The excellent climbing mixed with the relaxed atmosphere in the sun make it the perfect destination.
Mountain Biking
Whether you like it downhill and aggressive or gentle and relaxed, exploring the hidden trails of Catalonia is one of the best ways to experience these mountains. Our guides know all the best tracks for every level of biker. They know because they love it too!
Bouldering
For those bouldering addicts out there Catalunya is something of a hidden paradise. With bouldering sector strewn throughout Catalonia, some of the finest problems are to be found. However, it is quite difficult to come here and boulder without doing an awful lot of research into where the sectors are. Fortunately, our guides have shed a fair amount of their own skin on those boulders and know these areas intimately so we can guide you to the best places for the best days for your holiday.
Barcelona Cycle Tour
Want to have a more relaxing day? We will bring you to the city and hand you over to our Cycle Tour partners who will introduce you to Barcelona in the best way possible. Barcelona is perfect for cycling and you can take it all in while you cruise through the streets making regular stops at the best sights for a few cheeky drinks.
Hiking
The Pyrenees is world famous for it’s grandeur, Montserrat equally famous for it’s mystery and Olot’s volcanoes rival them both for beauty. These are just some of the incredible places that are on our doorstep. We can take you there, and because our guides are all locals they know the secret places tourists on their holidays rarely get to see.
Deep Water Soloing
Deep water soloing is the purest form of climbing. No need for ropes, no need for gear, just a pair of boots, some chalk and healthy disregard for fear. This is for good climbers only, you must be able to lead 6a confidently and be a competent swimmer to enjoy this but if you are it is not to be missed. The roar of the sea beneath you coupled with the cathedral of rock that you are clinging too creates one the most incredible atmospheres in the climbing world. Just watch out for the jellyfish!
Kayaking
The Mediterranean waters that lap the shores of the Costa Brava are warm, turquoise and crystal clear. The rugged coastline is bejeweled with hidden coves, bays and secret beaches. There is only one way to see this magnificent place, by kayak. Our guide will take you there.
Walking Tour
Another idea for a more restful day is for us to bring you into Barcelona to experience one of the neighborhoods (Barrios) with a local guide. They will show you the intimate history of whichever neighborhood you are in, giving you a true insight into how the city was born, the trials it has endured and how it has become the bustling, multicultural city of art we know today.
Via Ferrata
Via Ferrata is on of the most exciting things that can be done on a mountain! Following an obstacle course across cliff faces, scrambling over rocky peaks and shimmying across gorges on wire bridges is what adventure trips are made of! There are many via ferratas in Catalunya for every level from beginner to super hard and our guides know them all.
Canyoning
One of the craziest, most exhilarating things you can do on a mountain. Canyoning includes rappelling down waterfalls, jumping into pools, diving through underwater passages and sliding down rivers. All under the careful supervision of our guides of course. This is not for the faint of heart but it certainly is an adventure holiday you will never forget.
Snowshoeing (winter only)
There is something special about walking above the clean white snow of the Pyrenees with only you, the guide and the mountains in view. We hike above the clouds to see the snow covered world laid out below our feet while taking in the fresh, crisp air that is some of the purest in the world. This is Catalonia’s best kept secret but our fully qualified local guides are willing to share this incredible experience with you.
